Competition Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the Stella skin-scan competition (the "Competition"). By entering, you accept these terms in full. This is a game of skill — chance plays no part in determining winners.

1. The Promoter

The Competition is run by See Stella Pty Ltd (ACN 669 216 924) of 329/98-100 Elizabeth Street, Melbourne, VIC 3000, Australia ("Stella", "we", "us"). Questions can be sent to info@seestella.co.

2. Eligibility

• Entrants must be aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
• The Competition is open worldwide, excluding the European Union. Entries from the EU are not eligible.
• Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of See Stella Pty Ltd are not eligible to win.
• Entrants must have a public social media account in order to submit a valid entry, and must comply with the terms of the platform they post on.

3. Competition Period

The Competition opens on the date it is announced on Stella's official social channels and closes at 11:59pm (AEST) on 31 July 2026. Entries received after the closing time will not be considered.

4. How to Enter

To enter, you must:

1. Download the Stella app and complete a skin scan;
2. Capture a screen recording of your scan and its results;
3. Post that screen recording to a public social media account and tag @seestella.skin.

Entry is free. You may enter more than once provided each entry is a genuine, separate post. Entries must be your own original content and must not contain unlawful, offensive, or third-party material you do not have the right to use.

5. Judging — Game of Skill

This is a game of skill. Eligible entries will be judged by a Stella panel on creativity and authenticity — how well the entry shows what the entrant's skin is telling them. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. The Prize

The winning entrant will receive AUD $1,000 worth of skincare products selected by Stella (the "Prize"). The Prize is not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. If a featured product is unavailable, Stella may substitute a product of equal or greater value. Any tax or duty payable on the Prize is the winner's responsibility.

7. Three Months of Stella, Free

Every entrant who submits a valid entry may claim three months of Stella, free. The reward is delivered as a code, which is sent to the entrant (for example, by direct message in response to a comment on the Competition post). Limit one code per person. The code is not transferable, has no cash value, and is subject to the Stella app's terms of use.

8. Winner Notification & Claiming

The winner will be notified via the social platform on which they entered within 7 days of the Competition closing. The winner must respond and provide valid delivery details within 14 days of being notified. If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond, or is found ineligible, Stella may forfeit that entry and select another eligible entrant.

9. Use of Entries

By entering, you grant Stella a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to reproduce, publish, and share your entry (including your social handle) on Stella's channels and marketing for the purpose of running and promoting the Competition. You confirm you have the right to grant this licence. Stella will not sell your entry to third parties.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with the Competition is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We collect it to run the Competition, contact winners, and deliver prizes and codes.

11. Social Platforms

This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, Meta, or any other social platform. By entering, you release these platforms from any liability arising from the Competition and acknowledge that you are providing your information to Stella, not to the platform.

12. General

• Stella may amend, suspend, or cancel the Competition where reasonably necessary (for example, due to events beyond its control), subject to any applicable law.
• To the extent permitted by law, Stella is not liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in the Competition or use of a prize.
• Stella may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or acts in breach of these terms.
• These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the courts of Victoria have jurisdiction. Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
