Strain
Accumulated cardiovascular strain from exercise and activity. High-strain days can increase oil production and trigger post-exercise redness.
Sleep performance
WHOOP's sleep performance metric shows how well you slept relative to your need. Consistently under-sleeping shows up in under-eye scores and dullness.
HRV
Heart rate variability trends from WHOOP help contextualise whether skin reactivity is stress-driven or product-driven.
