What Stella reads from Oura Ring
Sleep score
Oura's composite sleep score reflects duration, efficiency, and restfulness. Stella tracks how your skin metrics shift on low-sleep versus high-sleep days.
Readiness score
Readiness reflects recovery state. Lower readiness often correlates with increased skin reactivity, dullness, and sensitivity.
HRV (Heart Rate Variability)
Higher HRV generally signals better recovery. Stella can reveal whether your skin's barrier and hydration scores move in parallel with your HRV trends.
Body temperature
Overnight temperature deviations can signal hormonal shifts or illness. Both can affect skin appearance within 24 to 48 hours.
