Integration
Stella + Apple Health
Apple Health collects data from your iPhone, Apple Watch, and connected apps. Stella uses this to contextualise your skin scores with what's happening beneath the surface: how you slept, how active you were, and where you are in your cycle.
What Stella reads from Apple Health
Sleep
Duration, time in bed, and sleep stages. Stella correlates poor sleep windows with changes in hydration, redness, and under-eye scores.
Activity
Steps, exercise minutes, and energy expenditure. High activity days can influence oil production, redness, and barrier recovery.
Cycle tracking
Menstrual cycle data from Apple Health or connected apps. Stella maps your skin scores against cycle phases to reveal hormonal patterns.
Heart rate
Resting heart rate trends can signal stress or recovery periods that often correlate with skin reactivity.
How Apple Health data shows up in your skin
Your skin doesn't exist in isolation. A poor night's sleep, a stressful week, or a shift in your cycle can all surface in your scores before you notice them in the mirror.
